SIT Distribution, one of the region’s leading mobility distributors and exclusive distributor for HTC within the GCC and Levant, opens HTC Care Center in Khobar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The fully-equipped center will provide customers in Khobar with a comprehensive range of services including consultations on new and existing HTC devices, fast and efficient warranty repairs, and other valuable after-sales support like latest software (ROM) updates, internet and e-mail settings. In addition, customers will also be able to purchase HTC accessories from the centre.

“The opening of the Khobar center is inline with our expansion plans and commitment to provide a faster quality service to HTC customers; enriching the after sales and service experience,” said Adnan Al-Falah, Chairman, SIT Distribution.

SIT Distribution's Service Centers are ISO 9001:2008 certified; meaning high quality standards and policies are the norm across all centers in the region. The ISO accreditation enables the company to measure the quality of management and services.

The Khobar center is located on Al-Kornish Road (Prince Turki Bin Abdulaziz), Jomua City Center 2nd floor, Showroom No. 173. It is open Saturday through Wednesday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 4:30 pm to 9:00 pm; and Thursday 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
